Electrolytical Cells  are devices in which electrical energy is transformed into chemical energy.
They consist of two different electrodes  in contact to an electrolyte and to a power source.
The electric energy forces an indirect redox reaction. (In Galvanic Cells thes reaction are sponataneous).
