3. Sugar, salt, citric acid and Dead Sea salt: Can you make them visible again?

* Left: This is the solution of sugar (Zu), kitchen salt (KS), citric acid (Zi) and Dead Sea salt (TS) made in the previous experiment.
* Middle: After leaving it for a few hours table salt (KS) and Dead Sea salt are visible again. Table salt forms cubes. Cubes can also be seen in TS. 
* Right: After one day citric acid shows again in a regular shape and sugar starts to form white "crystals".

Remember: Solids of a regular shape are called crystals.  (Snow flakes are water crystals).
