W5 Water becomes invisible by evaporation and by boiling

* Left: The girl in the yellow t-shirt seems to thinks about something: Why is the scale not longer balanced? The pan with the water is up now.
What has happened to the water inside the pan?
It can only have disappeared into the air and become invisible. The same happens when your bathing suit dries after swimming or when a  piece of jellyfish dries up. The water evaporated:  It  left into the air.
* Middle: Clouds above the cooling tower of a power plant. A lot of water evaporates very quickly inside the tower, leaves it and can be seen again as white clouds. The same happens in a cooking pot.
* Right: Give some drops of Cola into a Liquemin bottle, close it by a stopper which is punctured by a straw. Heat the Cola above a candle light or above a micro burner: The water of the Cola is boiling.  At the air you can see "clouds" (water vapour).
What happens, if you turn the hot bottle upwards down and dip it into cold water?
